Master ARTIGUE-CAZCARRA

After being graduated in 2005 at the end of a university career in Toulouse and Bordeaux, I settled in Dordogne, in MEYRALS from 2006 to 2008 as a trainee notary, then from 2008 onwards, alongside Master Henri LE BARBIER, my predecessor, as an assistant notary. It was therefore quite natural that I was able to take over from him in 2016, when he retired. Although a general practitioner of law, my mastery of legal English, and consequently of international family law, allows me to be very effective and appreciated by the foreign clientele frequently encountered in our sector. Always concerned about being able to provide a quality service and a positive response to the conflicts that may arise within families or between neighbors, I am also a trained Mediator, dependent on the Mediation Center of Notaries at the Bordeaux Court of Appeal. This training allows me to effectively manage the divorce and division cases regularly entrusted to me by the Courts.

It was by choice and passion that I turned to the notarial profession, driven by the desire to support people in the key stages of their lives. Without any connection to this profession, I had to prove myself to build this career with demand and determination. Having arrived at the Office in 2018, I was able to gain the trust and support of my associate, Master Christelle ARTIGUE-CAZCARRA, in order to build this beautiful professional adventure together on a daily basis. By my side, in this sometimes busy daily life, there is Bloomy, my assistance and mediation dog. Her benevolent and soothing presence helps to create an atmosphere of serenity and listening, particularly precious in the life moments experienced by our clients. Although a general practitioner of law, his expertise in asset management and business law allows him to support individuals and professionals in any real estate or family project or in the implementation of tailor-made asset strategies. Invested in the protection of people with disabilities and their caregivers, he is now recognized as a Referent Notary within the Not'isme network.
